A local cable service provider is receiving flack from many customers because of a change in the organization’s system.

Flow has relocated from their Castries location at Blue Coral to a new building called the Dayana Centre which is opposite Bank of St.Lucia on Jeremie Street.

The organization’s new move also came with a new bill pay system. Customers are now able to use a machine to pay their cable bill instead of going through a customer service representative.

RCI News interviewed Flow customers on Friday morning and the new system received mixed reviews. Some of the customers say they prefer how things were done at the previous location.

Some of the flow customers said that they prefer the new system.

Representatives from flow have promised to respond to the current complaints about the new system.
