The founder of HRM solutions inc has taken issue with what he believes was the outcome of the recently held Chamber awards.
According to Mr Perry Longville, his company which was a nominee for the Prime Minister’s Award for Innovation did not receive a fair review from the judging panel for the company’s software submission.
He adds that representatives of the Human Resource Management Solutions Company were not given the opportunity to make a presentation that would give the judges a thorough understanding of their product.
Longville believes that such a trend can devalue the award and its significance.
Longville explains that the new CUBE software has received rave reviews from a number of businesses both locally and regionally. He adds that it is designed to promote a paperless office and eliminate the cumbersome and time consuming responsibilities of the HR department.
HRM solutions was among two other contenders for the Prime Minister’s award.
