After a break for the Easter weekend action in the Castries Football Council SLFA Registration Tournament resumed on Wednesday April 8th at the SAB playing facility. Wednesday’s encounter featured former CFC

Super League champions Police versus a Sunrisers FC team which was coming off a narrow defeat in their previous encounter.

Unfortunately for Sunrisers FC despite an improved display which saw them create a number of chances they once again failed to capture any points from the match. Goals from former national left back Angus Williams

and another from Cleveland Emmanuel saw Police march to a 2 goals to one victory. Sunrisers FC’s first goal of the tournament was scored by Duran Leonce.

Action in the CFC SLFA Registration Tournament continues on Saturday 11th April when Flow Lancers takes on the Valley Soccer Orangemen. On Sunday 12th April there will be a double header when traditional Premiere

League rivals FC Pioneers and Nyah clash at 2:00 pm and at 4:00 pm former national champions VSADC will look to inflict another defeat on Sunrisers FC.

All matches will take place at the SAB Playing facility.
