Saturday 9th November
Dennery defeated Anse La Raye 3 – 0 at the Mindoo Phillip Park. Half time score was 1 – 0. Dennery goals were scored by Delan Mathurin 34th minute, Aloysious Frederick 48th minute and Wannel Felix in the 78th minute.

In the other encounter Soufriere defeated Mabouya 4 – 2 on penalties following a drab 0 – 0 draw.

Sunday 10th November
Playing the first game Gros Islet ran amok when they defeated Vieux Fort South in a one sided affair 7 – 1. At half time the score was 5 – 0, as the Southerners had no answer to the relentless pressure unleashed by their opponents. Scorng for Gros Islet were Everton Lambert in the 6th minute, Eden Charles 22nd 41st and 68th minute Aramis Gilbert 45th minute, and Troy Greenidge in the 74th minute. Vieux Fort South lone goal was scored by Kevin Edward in the 51st minute.

In the final game Babonneau edged out Marchand 4 – 3 in an interesting and exciting encounter. Marchand surged into a 2- 0 lead through goals by Nigel Joseph in the 9th and 39th minute. However, Babonneau fighting gallantly were able to end the second half 2 – 2 with goals from Tristin Pierre and Dillon Joseph in the 45th and 57th minute respectively. On the resumption both teams tried to wrestle the initiative and Marchand were rewarded when Nigel Francis found the back of the net with a beautiful header in the 48th minute, to give his team a free 3 – 2 lead. Babonneau never gave up and in the 57th minute Nelson Nelson equalized. The pendulum swung back and forth and Babonneau prevailed 4 - 3 in the dying minutes of stoppage time by an own goal from Marchand.

The stage is now set for the Semi Finals which will be played at the Mindoo Philip Park on Sunday 17th November with the following Match Ups:

Dennery vs. Soufriere
Gros Islet vs. Babonneau
