The Mayor and Councillors for the Castries Constituency Council were sworn in on Tuesday morning.
 
Mayor Peterson Francis along with his Deputy Anselma Calderon were affirmed under oath at the Castries Town Hall.

Police News
A woman in her early twenties who had been reported missing has been found.

The update came from police who have advised that 22 year old Gina Lima of Independence City, Castries was found at Water Works Road by relatives on Monday, July 25, 2016.

Fuel Prices to be Reduced on Island
The Public is informed that in keeping with the changes in international oil prices, the retail prices of petroleum products have decreased with the exception of Kerosene.

These adjustments reflect developments in international oil prices over the past three weeks, July 4-24, 2016. Overall, there has been a reduction in fuel at the pump by $0.53 cents and $0.40 cents per gallon for gasoline and diesel respectively.
