Preparations for the observance of the Feast of Musicians are moving in earnest despite a major grievance among artistes. That's according to Mr Buffalo Odlum who informed that local artistes are receiving support for the celebrations which will be held later this month.

He adds that this year sponsors and musicians are seeking to pool resources together in an effort to elevate the standard of the various musical events.

On a not-so-sweet note, Mr Odlum has lamented the situation which continues to face local artistes who were yet to be compensated for performances atthe carnival competitions. He says despite the shameful situation, musicians continue to produce.
