Two individuals who were seeking medical attention from the Gros Islet Poly Clinic are incensed over what they say was the decision of the Medical Facility to turn them away last night.

The women say after arriving at the Clinic about 8pm and waiting to see the Doctor for more than three hours they were informed by a nurse that the physician would not be seeing anymore patients. One of the women said she agreed to leave and requested a refund, but was told that it was not clinic policy.

The woman who felt lightheaded and had an elevated blood pressure, was however asked to return to the polyclinic before 9am Friday but says claims she has still not seen the doctor.

The other individual who was experiencing similar symptoms also returned to the Polyclinic this morning. She too claims that she has not been examined by a doctor.

According to the individuals only one Doctor was available at the Polyclinic.
