One individual is in police custody assisting with investigations into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a Morne d’Or man.

Hippolyte Glasgow was shot during an alleged robbery at Elcock’s Supermarket, at Morne D’Or on Monday, December 12th.

On Wednesday, December 14th a post mortem was conducted on the body of the fifty seven (57) year old man.
The autopsy conducted by Dr Heather Emmanuel, revealed that Hippolyte Glasgow died as a result of hemorrhagic shock secondary to a gunshot injury to the chest.

Meanwhile, two individuals are in police custody in connection with the murder of Rose Anne Raymond.

Raymond’s body was discovered at her Marisule home by police on Saturday December 10th. The results of an autopsy conducted on her body revealed that she died as a result of ligature strangulation.

Police investigations are continuing into the two homicides
