The National Consumers Association has welcomed pronouncements made by the Minister for Commerce who has vowed to ensure that the consumer protection Bill is passed.

But while Mr Kingsley St Hill has lauded Minister Emma Hippolyte for her commitment to the cause, he has lamented the failure of successive governments for their failure to pass the Consumer Protection Bill.
