NCA president Kingsley St Hill had announced that he had the assurance of the island’s Minister for Commerce that the bill would be among those presented in the run up to Tuesday’s sitting.

Mr St Hill says, despite the disappointing set back, he will not rest until he is certain that the bill has left the desk of the Minister for Legal affairs and is brought before the cabinet of Ministers
