A Human rights attorney here has reacted to news that the report from the IMPACS who conducted a probe into allegations of extra judicial killings by the police will be publicized next month.

The disclosure was made by Prime Minister Dr Kenny Anthony during his New years Address to the Nation on Sunday night.

Dr Anthony disclosed that the report is currently being reviewed by Cabinet and that he will speak to the Nation on the issue in early February.

But Mr Mary Francis says there is no reason for any further delays as the report is long overdue.

Asked whether the families of the Vieux Fort 5 will be able to accept the findings of the report should it fall below expectation Ms Francis had this to say.

The men were killed during what police described as a botched robbery on May 6th 2011
