Thirteen Years After the Death of Three Children, Judicial Proceedings Remain Stalled

The efficiency of St. Lucia’s judicial system is being called into question by one grieving father, thirteen years after the death of three young St. Lucians.


Sylvina Marvalee Philip 4, Daisy Pinel 5, Tasha Paul 12 were killed as a result of a vehicular accident. Father and grand father to two of the girls Mr. John Philip recounted the details surrounding the incident.


Mr. Philip expressed his disappointment in the manner in which the case is being addressed, noting that the matter has yet to be presented in court.
