At Least 10 People Injured in Vehicular Accident
At least ten people were injured as a result of a collision between a minibus and a motor car near the Roseau gap on Sunday.

Both vehicles, are reported to have been travelling in the same direction towards the fishing village of Anse La Raye, when the collision occurred.
Eyewitnesses reported that the Nissan ran off the road, while the minibus overturned.

Monchy Vendors Association Criticized on Jounen Kweyol Activities
The Monchy Vendors Association has come in for strong criticism following the hosting of Jounen Kweyol activities in the northern community on Sunday.

The censure comes from the Monchy Development Committee which has described the staging of the traditional festivities as a cultural homicide

Trustee on the Committee Zachary Hippolyte says based on the feedback from patron’s attending Sunday’s event, their appetite for cultural diversity was left unsatisfied.
