Citizens Raise Concern on Vandalism and Theft at Constitution Park
Concerns about vandalism and theft have surfaced, just weeks after a formal ceremony was held to unveil the statue of Sir John Compton in Constitution Park.

Caretaker at the facility Martinus Avril disclosed that individuals have been digging up the grounds in order to gain possession of copper pipes which have been laid below the surface.

US President Barack Obama to Change Overtime Pay  Rules for Americans
United States President Barack Obama will this week, seek to force American businesses to pay more overtime to millions of workers, the latest move by his administration to confront corporations that have had soaring profits even as wages have stagnated.

On Thursday, the president will direct the Labor Department to revamp its regulations to require overtime pay for several million additional fast-food managers, loan officers, computer technicians and others whom many businesses currently classify as “executive or professional” employees to avoid paying them overtime, according to White House officials briefed on the announcement.

Vincent McDoom to be Spotlighted on the International Stage
St. Lucian designer and fashion model Vincent McDoom who was among key players in one of the new components of the now revamped Jazz and Arts Festival is set to take the spotlight on the international stage.

U-15 Footballers sporting new training gear courtesy VSADC

The national U-15 footballers will be sporting a new training kit for the upcoming CONCACAF U-15 tournament to be held in the Cayman Islands.

The training kit was donated by local club champions VSADC to the U-15 squad before their departure to the Cayman Islands this past Friday.
